RUNNING OUT OF LOCKDOWN: STEP 2

WHAT WE’RE DOING TO ENSURE OUR RUNNING TOURS ARE COVID SECURE

(APRIL 2021 STATEMENT)

We're now in Step 2 of the UK Government roadmap for easing lockdown restrictions, with some more lenience since our last statement.

Group running outside is permitted in unlimited numbers if the environment is made Covid Secure, while a lot of other activities are subject to the rule of 6.

Here is what we’re doing to ensure our runs are Covid secure:

  • Group running tours will be back on with a cap at 12 people per guide;
  • We’ve enlisted a Covid-19 Coordinator and updated our risk assessment;
  • Full info and rules to read and confirm before you book where we’ll also take your details for track and trace.

On tours,

  • Guides will have hand sanister and masks with them;
  • Social distancing of 2m maintained throughout the run and at stops;
  • Care has been taken to ensure that our route is not within busy areas with a higher rate of transmission.

We will honour all bookings indefinitely if you can't attend your booked date due to having symptoms or contracting of coronavirus.

We continue to follow the guidance from the Government and England Athletics, which can be found on their relevent websites.

Safe & Happy running X
